Email nathanmanagementceo@gmail.com. That is a real mailbox read by Andrew Flores, who publishes this site.
Why an address rather than a form
A contact form means a script that collects what you type and posts it somewhere. This site has no server to post to and would rather keep it that way, so the address is printed instead. Nothing you send is added to a list, and there is nothing to unsubscribe from because there is nothing to subscribe to.
What gets a fast answer
A figure that looks wrong. The most useful message this site can receive. Every number carries an identifier on the methodology page — quote that identifier and what you believe the correct value is, and it can be checked against the source in minutes.
A source that has moved or changed. Tariffs get refiled and tax rules get amended. If a cited page now says something different from what we quoted, that is a defect and it will be fixed and the retrieval date reset.
A rate plan or battery worth adding. The bar is that the publisher states the figures we need: for a tariff, every period boundary and price; for a pack, usable energy, round-trip efficiency, continuous power and a warranted cycle count. If those are published, send the link.
An engine that produces a wrong result. Include the inputs you used. The engines are covered by golden vectors, and a reproducible wrong answer becomes a new test case rather than a patch.
What will not get an answer
Requests to add promotional links, guest posts, sponsored placements or installer referrals. Also requests to remove or soften a figure because it is inconvenient for a product — if the figure is wrong, show the source and it changes; if it is right, it stays.
We also cannot design your system, size your service, or tell you whether a specific quote is fair. Those need somebody licensed looking at your actual house.
What happens to your message
It sits in an ordinary mailbox until it is dealt with, then it stays there the way email does. It is not added to any list, not shared, and not used for anything other than replying to you and fixing whatever you pointed at.
